Refund Policy
Dear Customer,
By purchasing a monthly or annual subscription to Slice Knowledge services (“the Service”), you agree to and are bound by the terms of the refund policy outlined below, as well as any amendments hereto. This policy applies universally to all customers of the Service, without exception.
50% Refund
Customers seeking to cancel their subscription within fourteen (14) days from the start date of the subscription (hereinafter: “Conditional Refund Period”) are entitled to a refund of eighty percent (50%) of the original payment made for the subscription.
No Refunds After Conditional Refund Period
No refunds will be provided after the expiration of the Conditional Refund Period of fourteen (14) days. The subscription will remain active until the end of the purchased monthly or annual subscription period.
Refund Request Process
Customers wishing to cancel their subscription and receive a refund are invited to submit their request in writing through the communication means defined on the Service’s website or through the Slice Knowledge customer service. A request for cancellation and a refund will be received and processed in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.
Addition to Refund Policy: Clearing from Credits Fee
In any case of returns or refunds, the refund amount will be net of any credits fees. This means that the refund amount may be reduced by the fees associated with processing the return or refund. Customers should be aware that these fees are part of the cost of transaction processing and are non-refundable.
